Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is important, and I value your time! To ensure smooth scheduling, please review the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• A 20% charge will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
• You will receive a confirmation text/email 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not respond at least 12 hours before your scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled, and a 20% fee will be charged.
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to two consecutive times. However, if a third consecutive reschedule is requested, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
LATENESS POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Arrivals 5–10 minutes late will result in a shortened service.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no show appointment. Applicable fees will apply.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up to your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total.
After two no-shows, you will be banned from booking future appointments.
