Where I Travel For house calls, I currently provide mobile services to areas in Nassau County, Suffolk County, and Queens, NY. If you’re looking for expert beauty services without the hassle of commuting, I’ve got you covered! When booking please be sure to select the service you are booking AND select the “HOUSE CALL” option as there is a $20 travel fee for all house calls. Municipal parking is available! Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is important, and I value your time! To ensure smooth scheduling, please review the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• A 20% charge will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
• You will receive a confirmation text/email 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not respond at least 12 hours before your scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled, and a 20% fee will be charged.
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to two consecutive times. However, if a third consecutive reschedule is requested, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
LATENESS POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Arrivals 5–10 minutes late will result in a shortened service.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no show appointment. Applicable fees will apply.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up to your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total.
After two no-shows, you will be banned from booking future appointments.
